SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Name and Description

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the CVCM SMS Messaging Program operated by Canyon View Community Management Inc., also referred to as “CVCM.”

CVCM sends text messages only to individuals who voluntarily provide their mobile telephone number and affirmatively consent to receive the applicable type of message.

2. Types of Messages

Depending on the consent provided, non-marketing messages may include:

• CVCM Board Briefing registration confirmations, access information, reminders, and event updates
• Responses to questions, inquiries, or requests
• Requested HOA or condominium management information
• Service-related notices requested by the recipient

Individuals who separately consent to marketing messages may also receive:

• Announcements about future CVCM Board Briefings
• HOA and condominium educational information
• CVCM service updates
• Community-management information and related announcements

Consent to receive marketing messages is separate from consent to receive non-marketing messages. Providing consent for one category does not automatically provide consent for the other category.

3. Consent

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services, submitting a form, registering for an event, requesting information, or doing business with CVCM.

Consent is provided only when an individual affirmatively selects an applicable optional SMS consent checkbox or completes another approved opt-in process.

CVCM will send only the categories of messages for which the recipient provided consent.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the CVCM SMS Messaging Program. A person under 18 may participate only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on registrations, reminders, inquiries, requested information, services, and the consent provided.

Message and data rates may apply. CVCM does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS Messaging Program, but your wireless carrier’s messaging and data charges may apply.

Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging and data plan.

6. Opting Out

You may stop receiving CVCM text messages at any time by replying STOP to a CVCM text message.

After you reply STOP, CVCM may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No additional messages covered by that consent will be sent unless you later opt in again.

7. Rejoining the Program

After opting out, you may rejoin by completing the applicable CVCM registration or consent form again and providing new SMS consent.

9. Message Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery depends on the availability and operation of wireless networks, carrier systems, internet services, messaging platforms, and compatible devices. CVCM cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or received.

10. Privacy

The collection, use, protection, and disclosure of personal and mobile information are governed by the CVCM Privacy Policy .

Please review the Privacy Policy before providing your telephone number or SMS consent.

11. Changes to These Terms

CVCM may update these SMS Terms & Conditions when its messaging program, services, technology, or legal obligations change.

The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
