Legal Disclosures
These Legal Disclosures apply to the websites, educational materials, forms, communications, and general information provided by Canyon View Community Management Inc., also referred to as “CVCM.”
Effective Date: July 26, 2026
1. General Website Information
The information provided on this website is offered for general informational, educational, and business-development purposes.
CVCM makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information. However, laws, regulations, industry practices, vendor information, community circumstances, and website content may change. CVCM does not guarantee that every item of information will remain complete, current, or applicable to every circumstance.
2. No Legal, Accounting, Tax, Engineering, or Other Professional Advice
Website content, CVCM Board Briefings, articles, presentations, checklists, downloads, and other educational materials are not legal, accounting, tax, insurance, engineering, construction, reserve-study, financial, investment, or other licensed professional advice.
Community associations, board members, homeowners, and other visitors should consult appropriately qualified professionals regarding their specific facts, documents, obligations, risks, and decisions.
3. Community-Specific Decisions
Every homeowners association, condominium association, planned community, board, governing-document package, property, budget, and factual situation is different.
General information provided by CVCM should not be treated as a substitute for reviewing the community’s governing documents, contracts, financial records, insurance policies, applicable law, and advice from qualified professionals.
Responsibility for board decisions remains with the board of directors and the association’s authorized decision-makers.
4. No Management Relationship Created
Visiting this website, registering for an event, downloading information, completing a contact form, sending an inquiry, or participating in a CVCM Board Briefing does not create a community management agreement, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, professional-client relationship, or other contractual relationship with CVCM.
A management relationship begins only after the appropriate parties approve and sign a written agreement defining the services, responsibilities, authority, compensation, and terms of engagement.
5. Service and Proposal Information
Website descriptions of CVCM services are general summaries and do not constitute a binding proposal, promise, guarantee, or contract.
Available services, service levels, pricing, schedules, responsibilities, implementation requirements, and contract terms may vary depending on the association, property, location, records, vendors, technology, staffing, and requested scope of work.
Final services and obligations are governed by the written agreement signed by CVCM and the client.
6. Educational Events and CVCM Board Briefings
CVCM Board Briefings and other educational events provide general information intended to help HOA and condominium board members better understand community-management topics and prepare questions for their advisers.
Event content is not a legal opinion, professional recommendation, guarantee of results, or instruction for handling a specific association matter.
Presenters, topics, dates, times, platforms, materials, and event availability may be changed, postponed, or canceled when reasonably necessary.
7. Third-Party Websites, Vendors, and Resources
This website may link to third-party websites, government resources, vendors, professional organizations, social-media platforms, software systems, or other external services.
External links are provided for convenience or general information. CVCM does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, security, accuracy, products, services, or policies of third parties.
A link or reference does not necessarily represent endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or approval.
8. Website Availability and Security
CVCM may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any website page, form, feature, event, download, or service description without prior notice.
CVCM uses reasonable measures to maintain its website and systems but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete security, or compatibility with every browser, device, network, or third-party platform.
